Select the materials you would like to order and add them to the cart. View the cart and then proceed to checkout. On the checkout screen, there is an optional section named “Order Notes.” Add all additional information you would like on your materials in this area.
Proofs of your materials will be emailed to you within 1 business day of receiving your online order. Once you approve your proofs, the order will be put into production within 1 business day.
All paper materials, business cards, rack cards, etc., will arrive within 6-7 business days of proof approval. Promotional products, apparel, and signage can take up to three weeks. Precise turnaround times on those items will be conveyed once the order is placed.

To keep apparel prices reasonable, we conduct bi-annual bulk apparel ordering. During the bulk apparel period, all Zen owners place their orders for apparel, and the apparel is produced in bulk for quantity cost savings.
There is no minimum order and your apparel will be shipped directly to you. Note that for apparel, there is a $20 shipping fee per order, no matter how few or how many pieces you order.
For 2022, Bulk Apparel Ordering will be open from June 1st through June 14th. Once all orders are in, they will be processed and shipped. The process takes up to three weeks after the ordering window closes.
All apparel, except the t-shirts which are screen printed on both sides, are embroidered with the Zen Windows logo.
